Loading a script - Method 2: Web interface
1. Preparation
- Install TeleScript TECHi on your Apple iPad®.
- Open "Settings" and slide "Enable web file manager and controller" to the right (Enabled)
- If you prefer, you can assign a user name and password. We recomment this to prevent unauthorized access to prompting app.
- Get your iPad's IP address. Do this by pressing the "Information" icon on the bottom left of the TECHi screen. Read and record "Web interface:". For this example, use http://192.168.0.100.
- Prepare your script on you desktop computer and save as .RTF (preferred file format)
2. Send script from browser interface.
- Open your desktop browser.
- In the address bar, type the Web interface, http://192.168.0.100 (remember... this is just an example -- use your own Web Interface address.)
- If you have assigned a user name and password, enter these when prompted.
- Find your script in the brower list. If it's not on the list, click "Upload" and browse to find the script.
- Click the "Prompt" icon to send the script to your TECHi screen.
- Make required edits, then save the script on the iPad by tapping the TECHi "folder" icon, then the "Disk" icon.
